We had our first Creative Writing class today... teacher's a strange woman... our assignment today was to pick an emotion and answering 5 questions using similies and we had to create a rough little "poem" ... if it can even be called that ... making each line a little longer than the last...yeah i couldn't follow that...erm... this is what I wrote... the underlined parts are the answers to the questions she gave us (like: [emotion] is a [what color?]....it sounds like [what?]...)O.o
Emptiness is blindingly white- I see nothing else
It smells like...nothing at all
It sounds like the echo of a lonely cry of emotion that I cannot reach
It tastes like an unsatisfying liquid that you can't seem to stop drinking 'til I'm full
Emptiness feels like the home I always want to leave but find that in the end...it's where I belong.
