Summary: Kiseop is lonely. He has been in the hospital for few months now. Everyday is
the same well until he met this guy named Soohyun.
‘Kevin?’ Kibum eyes widen as he saw the blonde staring at him with a teary eyes. ‘What wrong?’ he softly stroke the younger cheek. ‘n-nothing.. j-just..’ the blond answer and look away with a sob. ‘just?’ The raven asks as he pulled the blonde softly forcing him to face the raven.
‘Do you love me hyung?’ he ask quietly.
‘I do’
‘Stop lying hyung..’ he reply softly as he take a few step away from the raven.
Like he guessed. There’s no answer. The tears he was holding, he let it go. He knew Kibum love Kiseop. Maybe its time for him to let Kibum go. Even though, he hates it.
‘Im sorry hyung. I... I won’t bother you anymore.’ He smiles weakly, stepping away.
He wraps his hand around the younger slim waist before he could run away. ‘I love you, I really do. Forget about Kiseop, please. I just need you.’ He whispers.
The younger didn’t reply. His teary eye is glued to the floor. There’s no word come out from his mouth.
Kibum let out a small sigh. He tilts up the younger head, making him to stare deep into the younger eyes. Before the younger could say anything, he seal it with a soft kiss on the younger lips.
‘Please be mine’

Kiseop’s eyes fluttery open. The cold morning breeze come blowing in his room as he slowly get up into his sitting position. He is missing someone in the room. ‘Soohyun hyung?’ he call out. ‘Im right here kiseoppie!’ he heard Soohyun cheerful voice coming outside the window.
There he stood, smiling at the boy in the room. ‘You know, morning breeze is good for you.. hmm.. wanna go out with me for awhile?’ he reach out his hand to the boy, and ofcourse the ulzzang took his hand for a yes.
Since Soohyun forbid Kiseop to walk, he carry him bridal style all way to a gazebo in a hidden garden. It was an old looking abandon garden which have the vintage look that the ulzzang always admire. And what amaze the ulzzang is, the garden is filled with hundred of butterflies fluttering around beautifully.
‘Beautiful isn’t it?’ Soohyun smile as he stares at Kiseop, who still looking around the garden. ‘emm’ he reply with a smile and kisses Soohyun cheek.
‘did you know why I love butterflies?’ he tilts his head, stare directly to Soohyun eyes.
‘hmm.. no.. not really, mind telling me why?’ the elder tickle the ulzzang.making him chuckle softly. ‘well hyung, I wish I could fly like them.’ He smile warmly. ‘aigoo.. I’ll be you butterfly then, I’ll make you fly with me’ Soohyun ruffled the ulzzang hair, making he show his cutest pouts ever.
They spend the rest of the morning together. Every time Soohyun kissed him, he turn red, which making him laugh to his cuteness
‘I love you so much, can you promise you will stay with me forever?’ the ulzzang ask softly.
‘well I can only if you promise you took my dare’ he carve a simple smile on his lips.
‘a dare?’
‘yes, please?’
‘um okay hyung, so what the dare?’
‘lets not see each other for a week. No contact at all’ he whisper, making the ulzzang eyes widen.
‘b-but hyung.. why?’

Well another mark on the calendar. The end is nearing.
‘Kiseoppie I got good news for you!’ Mrs. Lee announce as she enter her son room. But her son on the other hand looks a bit distracted. ‘Yah kiseoppie..’ his mum made her way to his bed and softly ruffled his hair. ‘listen, the doctor said someone is willing to donor you his organ and if you do agree, we could set a date and do the surgery.’ She smile. ‘the doctor said there is 60% chance that you will heal.’ She add. ‘really mum? B-but the last time when the doctor checked me he didn’t even know what is my disease. Then how..’ he couldn’t believe he got a chance. ‘Well maybe this is a miracle’ his mum answer.
‘Yah Soohyun-ahh.. are you sure about this?’ Alexander look at Soohyun with a worried face. Dongho who sitting beside Alexander put on his frown face as he heard what his hyung word.‘Yeah hyung, its too risky’ he agree with Alexander
‘nah.. I will be fine’ Soohyun reply with a smile.

‘hush! I’ll be fine okay?’
Soohyun slowly walk out the room. ‘Ah, ahjumma..’ he gasp as he saw a mid-aged lady in front of him. She looks like she almost crying. ‘why Soohyun? This is too much’ she said to him. Tell him that I wish him good luck’ He gave Mrs. Lee a letter and bows to her and walks away.
Today Im going to try making our story again. So it wont end
Kiseop stare at his mother ‘Don’t cry umma, the doctor said there’s a big chance that I’ll be cured after the surgery’ he wipe away her tears. His mum try her best to smile ‘He said good luck’ she whisper. ‘who?’ Kiseop ask, tilting his head a bit. ‘Soohyun-sshi ..’ She answers in a soft voice. ‘d-did you meet him? I was planning to see him tomorrow, well since our dare will be off exactly tomorrow’ He smiles brightly. The elder lady just couldn’t help to shed more tears. He ruffled her son raven hair. ‘aigoo.. my son is completely in love..he said he’ll be there when you wake up’
Kiseop slowly daze off as the drug start working on him. He hears it. The voice he been missing whispering ‘I love you’, carving a smile on his pretty face. ‘I wish you were here.’

The surgery went off pretty well. Kiseop is feeling better minute by minute. The moment he woke up, he started to search for that particular someone.
‘Soohyun hyung?’
he could only see his mum smile bitterly at him. He tilts his head to the side. ‘umma, where is Soohyun hyung? .. we suppose to meet today.. right?’ he ask softly.
His mum slips a soft purple envelope to her son hand. It written ‘To my Kiseoppie’. The middle age lady slowly placed her hand on top of her son chest. ‘he’s right here..’ she speak weakly. Her tears slowly fall down.

Kiseop smile as he finishes his cup of coffee. ‘It have been 2 years..’ he whisper softly. He look up at the blue sky. ‘I miss you..’
‘excuse me, are you Lee Kiseop-sshi?’ a girl seem like a high school student approach him. ‘Yes, how can I help you?’ the Ulzzang ask gently. ‘Im one of your fan!! I love your novel ‘Butterflies’ Its so touching!’ the girl said excitedly. ‘why, thank you’ he said politely. ‘I heard you are writing the second novel..’ she tilts her head wondering if it true. ‘ahh! Yes.. It would be published in few months’
