Summary: Kiseop is lonely. He have been in the hospital for few month now. Everyday is
the same well until he met this guy named soohyun.
Soohyun found out he cant get Kiseop out of his mind. ‘Soohyun-sshi’ The nurse call him out ‘Your father want to met you’ He let out a small sigh. ‘erm can you do me a favor?’ He ask the nurse. ‘ofcourse’ she smile. ‘Can you give me a copy Lee Kiseop medical review? (or smth idk)’
So the nurse grants his request. He was sitting in the sofa in his dad office when he read Kiseop medical review. ‘Diseased ... unclassified.. huh?’ he talk to himself. Well, he is one of the top students in his medical course and how much this broke his heart, he could feel that Kiseop wouldn’t last long, at least that what the conclusion is.
He glance out the window, the paper on his hand slowly slip out of his hand. There he is, across the little garden separating the building where Soohyun is, the one he love, Kiseop, lie peacefully on his bed, sleeping perhaps.
He walk slowly to the place where the uljjang is. Room 303. He was about to knock the door when suddenly a middle-age lady come out of the room with a teary eyes ‘Mrs Lee?’
Since the uljjang is still sleeping, Soohyun took this chance to get to know more about the uljjang’s mother. They settle down at the café somewhere inside the hospital. ‘Will he be alright? I cant bear it anymore, seeing him like that.. Everyday’ She sobs, terribly sad. ‘He will be fine Mrs. Lee. I wont let him die’ He said calmly and takes a slow slip of the coffee. ‘You love him don’t you?’ Mrs. Lee spoke up staring at the boy who is coughing in embarrassment. ‘You do right? Kiseoppie told me many things about you. From his cute face and act every time he mention about you well not that much but I just know you are someone special to him.’ She continues with a simple smile on her face. ‘y-yes.. I do love him..’ Soohyun answer quietly. ‘Good then!’ she reply with a smile. ‘take a good care of my son, don’t ever hurt him okay~’
Today Soohyun learn about a lot of thing. Mrs. Lee told him almost every single thing she knew about her son to Soohyun. Kiseop hate cold. Kiseop hate being alone. Kiseop always keep almost everything to himself. Kiseop love photography. Kiseop love butterfly. And on top of all he love to eat grape. He couldn’t find any way to thank her.
‘Here, take this.’ Mrs. Lee gave him a picture. ‘One of the perfect photo I ever seen’ She comment. ‘Keep this and cherish the moment forever..’ which Soohyun reply with a smile. ‘Always and eternity..’
Kiseop wake up in a gasp. He breathes heavily and tries his best to calm down. He look out the window, there nothing to see but the darkness of night. The nightmare is bugging him more than usual. He pinches his cheek. ‘Im still alive’ he sigh in relief. Then, he felt his hand landed on something, more like a person. He turn and look at it, Soohyun is there, resting his head on the edge of the bed, sleeping.
Im scared this world has no meaning

He softly traces Soohyun jaw line with his hand. ‘Im sorry’ he whisper, his eyes suddenly become teary. He bends over and gives Soohyun a peck on his forehead. Later he found out Soohyun is holding something, a photo frame, a special one. The frame is decorated with many colorful butterflies, kinda vintage look. In the middle on the frame, there a photo of both Soohyun and Kiseop taken by someone. They are under the shady tree, Kiseop is lying on the green grass, sleeping and Soohyun is right beside him, watching he fall asleep. Soohyun looks beautiful, just like an angel watching over him. The uljjang carve a smile on his lips as he think of Soohyun. They are complete stranger to each other but for some reason they fall for each other… emm is this the thing so called fate? No one knows.

‘Soohyun hyung..’ the uljjang softly shake the older guy to wake him up which he did. Soohyun rub his eyes, half asleep. ‘ah.. kiseoppie’ He smile ‘come here’ Kiseop pat the space beside his bed. ‘You’ll hurt your back and neck if you keep sleeping like that you know..’ Kiseop pout, the cutest pout he ever see he reply the uljjang with a warm kiss on the other’s lips. ‘I love you.. I really mean it.. Lee Kiseop’ Soohyun whisper and lean closer to the ulzzang, giving him another kiss.
My smile blotted on my mouth. Right now im breathing with you
Time, stop. Don’t separate us
The elder pull the uljjang into his hug. Kiseop love his warmness, he snuggle on his chest before a kiss landed on his lips, a sweet soft kiss from Soohyun. ‘Good night hyung’ he smile and snuggle closer. ‘Good nite seoppie~’

Kiseop took a glance to the photo frame displayed on the side desk, he turn to face sleeping Soohyun ‘you are my butterfly’ he whisper quietly and kiss the elder nose before he close his eyes.
The days passed by and it was nothing but perfect. Soohyun wouldn’t want to leave Kiseop, not even a second. He never grew tired of hearing Soohyun 3 little word. He wishes they could last forever.
‘Ahh Bummie!’ Kiseop smile as he saw Kibum peeping from the door. Soohyun who reading a book pay attention to the boy who slowly walk in the room and get near and nearer Kiseop. ‘Seoppie.. how are you?’ he ask and softly pat the younger boy head. Kiseop put his hand on top of Kibum’s. ‘Im fine Bummie’ He answers with a bright smile that kinda make Soohyun jealous. He just stare at both of them with his unhappy face that making Kiseop chuckle. ‘he’s my best friend you silly~’ he laugh and poke Soohyun cheek. Soohyun stare at Kibum. He’s eyes are telling him a different story. He loves him. This Kibum guy loves Kiseop.
Soohyun scoot closer to Kiseop and wrap his arm around the uljjang slim waist. He feel bad for Kibum, but Kiseop is his now, no one can ever take him away from Soohyun. ‘bummie, did you take this picture?’ Kiseop said pointing at the photo in the butterfly frame.
No reply. He was glaring at Soohyun, which Soohyun didn’t notice. ‘Bummie!’ The uljjang whines. ‘em.. w-what?’ He asks back. ‘Bummie.. did you take the picture of me and Soohyun hyung?’ He asks again with his head tilts to the side. ‘y-yes..’ He smile weakly. ‘I am around that time and saw you sleeping. The picture is great~’ He comment, well he don’t really love the ‘Soohyun’ part, one of the reason he want to throw away the picture, but instead Kiseop mum saw him so he had no choice but to gave her.
‘Thank you Bummie! I love it!’ Kiseop said smiling happily, which automatically making Kibum smile too. But he knew that smile isn’t meant for him, it was for Soohyun. And again he got this feeling, stinging in his heart. It hurt so much he barely breathe.
‘Kibummie hyung~ I was looking for you!’
Kibum feel someone try to pull him away from the place he was standing. ‘Sorry Seoppie~ I need to kidnap him!’ the voice cheered and pulls Kibum out of the room.
