I'm gonna cry. Seriously.
I crashed one of my computers yesterday. It was my main notebook, the one I use to watch DVDs on. I have another one but it's at my parents' house (who live several hours away; and anyways, the computer is too old to do anything with it). The one I'm left with is a cute but tiny netbook. Since I don't own a TV, I don't have a DVD player either. Which means - no watching QAF. But that isn't even the worst thing.
The worst thing is: I had TONS of data on the notebook that I crashed. Like a gazillion GB worth of movies, TV shows, pretty pics, all my favorite FANFICTION(!!!), MUSIC (oh my, all the music - my heart is breaking), and photos - tens of thousands of photos from all my vacations. And every week I said to myself that I need to do a backup of all my files. But you never do, do you? You always think, there's time for that next week.
I hope some notebook repair guys will be able to recover some of the data. Right now, the computer won't even boot. But I can't afford the repair at the moment. So it will have to wait. I'm gonna go crawl into bed, eat lots of chocolate, and write angry-angsty something. I'm so angry with myself right now.
