In a box,
Secluded,
No interactions with others permitted.
Looking out at the world,
Seeing others go by,
Unable to move amongst them.
Clocks tick on,
Days go by,
Trapped in time despite the rotation of the sun.
Turning in circles,
Running in to the walls,
No escape from the isolation.
Some of them laugh,
Some point at weaknesses in the cage,
None of them reach in to help.
Forever frozen.
Alone,
In a box.
