Some quick photos I snapped...
Just to give you an idea... the posts are about a foot/foot.5 taller than the top of the gate and the gate is pretty close to my height, maybe a few inches taller.
This is an example of how bad it is drifting. The snow is about 6 inches up the window. (sorry about the flash was trying to fix it so there wasn't a glare from the backlighting)
