working from home
The freelance job is going well.. although working from home is taking some getting used to. How do you do it? It sounds great, but then there is this big issue with periodic lethragy and distraction. One tip I've read about include getting dressed like you're going to work. Tips anyone?
My big move to Bed Stuy is coming up in one week... I've taken care of most of the details, but I'm still only about 1/2 packed, because I've been camping in Park Slope but my old apartment is in Harlem, and I have to make a special trip (over an hour each way) to go and pack my stuff. Besides that though, I'm good to go.. lease is signed, movers are standing by, cat will be kenneled for a few days, Keyspan and cable accounts are established... whew!
I must say, it is so nice to be moving out of my old apartment with the schizophrenic clown and into a beautiful new home with my love!
