One of those days

Played a game of after you, no after you with a man driving a large digger trying to get into the carpark for King Frames this morning. He won, I went first. Then had to scale a small mountain of loose dirt and jump a ditch to get into the shop. Then repeat the dance with the digger on the way out.

Get looked at funny and a muttered "Saudia" from some dude who was leaving the thrift shop just as I pulled up.

Wen to Jawad to do grocery shopping. Changed Zoe before going into the supermarket, and thought I'd grab some cash while I was near the ATM. The HSBC ATM promptly ate my card. Grr. Fine, feed Dutch ATM card into slot, enter pin, select transaction. Machine says "Processing". It processed for 5 minutes, so I rang the helpdesk. After speaking to some random man, the machine rebooted, I stood there and watched it. Bloody thing.

Changed Zoe AGAIN. Shopped. To discover they have gotten rid of their pork section (did they ever have one - I don't recall). Wrestle grizzly baby into car, go home.

After some food and baby food and baby entertainment head to the bank. They retained my card due to incorrect pin. Hm. New cards arranged to be issued. Asked after my other card. Was told it would be cut up as per standard procedure. Cue polite restrained spaz-throwing by me. After finally getting her to understand that it was not a Bahrain issued card and I could NOT get it replaced, she rang someone who agreed not to cut it up. Apparently I can collect it tomorrow. *fingers crossed*

Went on to the mall from there, had good baby, but failed to find the baby wash I was seeking.

Dragged selves home, desperate for a nap but Zoe is wiiiide awake.
