Mister Rogers' Neighborhood has so many under-the-radar moments of goodness.
There's that time when Harriet Elizabeth Cow moved to the Neighborhood of Make Believe and proceeds to solicit kisses from everyone she meets (and indeed, pressures people into kissing her), and then, starts talking to Donkey Hodie about loving animal husbandry (mind you, she's a cow and he's a donkey).
