Sup my Bitches

I know my posting is quite irregular but what are you going to do? Post more? I think not.

Things that are going on.
- I'm planning a nice classy wedding. Mine to be precise. It's going to be fantastic

- The honeymoon can't come soon enough.

- I bought Rob's wedding band and it's EXACTLY what we were looking for.

- I started P90X two weeks and three days ago and it's like fitness heroin. You hate it but you can't stop. It's probably the most intense work out regiment I've ever had and it's supposed to show you the best results. We'll see.

- I did my first pre 1840s Rendezvous last weekend and it was fantastic. My friend Jenny and her husband and family do this every year. She's a third generation attendee and offered to feed me and shelter me for my first trip. A pre-1840s rendezvous is for people who like ren faires but find them too cheesey, don't like the tourists and need them to be a 100 times more hard core. It's set more during colonial and American frontier times and you're living primitive for a week. All your food is cooked over the camp fire. You live in a period tent. You wear period clothes, all your cooking utinsels and everthing are period and there were about 1500 campers. It was intense. I only stayed for a night but I want to do the full week next year.

I went shopping and bought a box for my tarot cards and the lady gave me a 100 year old piece of silk to wrap my cards in. I bought a sweet straw hat, a claddagh pin for my friend Dawn, a spoon ring and a sleep skin. You could buy all sorts of stuff. Rock candy, antiques, clothes, beeswax candles and pretty much a skin from every type of animal that would have been trapped 200 years ago.

We had London broil cooked over the camp fire and I had a little earthenware jug with butterscotch schnapps in it. After the sun set the Indians (real ones) did a drum circle with chanting and then I went and listed to the people play music in the "town". It's pitch black and we just have little lanterns and I turn to my right and there's this guy in FULL Red Coat attire and he looks JUST LIKE Duncan from Last of the Mohicans and I about lost it. He was ginger haired and everything. I slept in my cloak (which I made special for this) on a pile of sheep skins.

It was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME

- I have way too much shit to do.

- Toodles.
