The Month of Busy

Feb 18, 2008 08:40

The next few weeks have an insane number of things I need to accomplish. I have to start work on my group project for capstone. We'll see how well it comes across. I seem to have a good group.

I also have three costumes to finish before March 7th. The UBCS requires very little manual labor and is more of a put all the pieces together type thing. My Lara Croft costume only requires a few finishing touches. We'll see how much we want to tweak it. Kaylee is going to be my most work. It may not be a final finished product when I take to MegaCon. I plan on at the very least to have the pant leg painted and the shirt and accessories down, but as to the actual refitting of the coveralls, I don't know if I'll be able to finish that one.

I have a horse show on the 1st which I don't think I'll be going to. I haven't ridden in about two weeks (since the last show) and I have too much to do between the costumes and the school work. Sorry
extendedtrot, I'm not going to make it to the GSU show. I'll still be showing next fall so we'll EVENTUALLY meet up.

in addition to all that I also told
damingI would make him a hat that accommodates his awesomely long hair/pony tail. I started on that and
tineypicked out a lovely thick charcoal gray wool yarn. It'll be nice.
