September 13th, 1993 - Watch his first show, fo' sho!

Yep. It was 9/13/93 and David Letterman had been KICKED OUT of the hot seat as Conan O'Brien took over Late Night and completely "enthralled the world" ( just as Watership Down the movie had done back in 1978 ;) ). Anyway, I've really got nothing to say, nothing new to report. I got college happening and . . . yeah, that's it. Hope things are going good for you all wherever you are! So, back on topic. Conan has been on a break for a couple of weeks. So for the last week, NBC has been showing re-runs of Conan. Which means that the people at ConeZone have nothing new to give us. They realized this and then felt they should do something special by digging up the first episode of Late Night with Conan O'Brien. It was a decent show when compared to his others, not his greatest, I'll admit that. But it was his first and it's definitely worth watching to see him so nervous and almost afraid even. And, of course, he sings at the end, heh heh. From Conezone.co.uk:

(Conan is on another break so this week I'm adding a rarity - Conan's first ever show, aired September 13th 1993. Notice his incredible lack of confidence and nervous twitches. Oh and Max looks about 13 years old :)"

I gotta warn you, Z, the first episode features John Goodman, Tony Randall (Felix Unger from the 1970s series 'The Odd Couple' for those that might not know) and . . . ugh . . . DREW BARRYMORE! But you GOTTA see it, yo! At least the monologue. And Tony Randall is alright.

I realize this might have been kind of a pointless entry. But like I said, not much goes on over on my end. But I promised to start posting more. And I think this is a pretty good start, don't you? Heh, I always finish what I st

. . . ;)

Anyway, that's it from me.
