...You mean Steve and Matt have teamed up before? *flails* Where? I mean...I know they must have. I know Steve tried to get Matt to join the New Avengers, and Danny carried on as Daredevil for Matt during the Civil War, so it seems they were friends. But where was this in canon?

You're totally right, by the way - they worked together (sort of) at the end of Frank Miller's Born Again storyline in Daredevil. This was before Miller went a bit insane, so it was an awesome comic.
