The Good, Bad, and UUGGGGHHH

 I keep on pulling my back every time I try to do shoulder exercises with heavy weights.  I'm able to do it, but one wrong move and it screws up something.  I'm not a fan of those weightlift belts, but I can see why people wear them.

Also, something has been making me cough for the past two weeks, but I'm not actually sick.  I feel like it;s the weather - I can;t stand it being cold in the morning then hot in the afternoon then cold again.  Temperature transition is too fast.  Quite frankly it could be multiple things, none of which I can pin point the reason.  The three big reasons could either be allergies, something I inhaled in my lab, or doing hooka two weeks ago for the first time in a long time.  It seems to be clearing up though so thats good.

Sword is 35% complete.  Might actually be able to finish it by AX.
