Just out of curiosity... but why does posting a picture violate LJ's TOS. We all have pictures in our icons and journals...

you can put up pictures of yourself, but you can't put them up of other people. i'm not sure why they decided it, but they did. and we have to follow it or we will be closed. gay, i know.
