my 4th of July
Well yesterday was fun. I went to church and worked, and went to the service and stuff, and the service was weird. Beyond the word patriotic. Yes. I won't go there.
And I got invited to Cary and Mark's house for their party last night, so I went with my sister. There were like 15 or so of us there. A good group. The boys did stupid things with firecrackers in the road and almost killed a lot of people and made us laugh. We went to their fireworks show thingy a few streets away and that was kinda fun, to talk there and back. Mark talked to me a lot. Brad kept poking people and pretending like it wasn't him. He poked me and looked away and I was like "do you think you aren't obvious or something??" haha it was funny.
I had a good time spending time with Mark. He tells a lot of funny/cool stories. I love when he talks to me about stuff. He's one of few guys that actually likes to have real conversations with me. He's really really friendly. I'm looking forward to getting to know him better at World Changers and stuff. YAY.
Next week is VBS. Oh my. Then world changers! Summer is definitely here. :)
