Doopadoo 10 Hour Work Days...
So I'm ankle deep...or neck deep...or howeveryou would measure time in sinkitude, into my day. These 10 hour days aren't hard, they're boring. I met my quota at 2 PM but I'm still here til 5:30PM, so I have absolutely no idea what to do. I completed everything, there is literally nothing left for me to do, so I'm laying low, trying to make work for myself and spinning in circles in my chair.
I haven't seen Amanda for a whole month. I had given her a note that said if she wanted to continue seeing me, she should call me. I guess I have her answer. *Shrugs*
I haven't talked to Souie, Allie or anyone recently. Souie has Eid, which I believe is over now and Allie is never online. I've been very...nostalgic today, what with all the free time. Thinking back to school and all the goofy junk i used to do. Such fun tiumes.
My love of FFXI keeps growing, though Devin has gotten me into a new guild on WoW, so I might be coming back in small doses. FFXI is so drastically different then WoW, I think that's why I am so attracted too it.
Plus, I haven't met a single egotistical bastard yet, though many of my parties are filled with bad players, at leas tthey're nice about it. And it's teaching me all sorts of strategies and such! It's making me a better WoWer too.
I watch a lot of people at work and wonder what they do when they go home. I see thousands of cars pass by my window everyday, wondering where they're going. Devin and I have talked about this, when you people watch, you really get an idea for how many...well, people there are. Everyone has something they're thinking about, something they do really well and a different fear or allergy. If you throw two of us together, we usually can't even hold a conversation, yet every single person has YEARS of qualities and stories that make them individual. Except emo kids, of course, but that's besides the point...
Anyhoo, Max thinks when he's bored and he always gets weird when he does that. I miss everyone, love you tons!
