Concerning scanlations, I never realized...
A) Photoshop 7.0 had so many features that I DIDN'T already know how to use
B) using the clone tool correctly is way harder than previously thought
C) finding fonts to correctly typeset is like a kid shopping for penny candy
D) OH MY GOD SOUND EFFFFFFECTSSSS!!!!... the new love of my life ♥
The past two weeks or so now I've been trying to teach myself to be more useful to both of my scanlation groups - though I think I'll keep the new editing skills exclusive to only one. Being a cleaner/editor is harder work than I think a lot of people give them credit for, but it's definitely more rewarding when you can step back and actually SEE what you've accomplished.
In the meantime, back to enjoying the rest of my day off... probably lazing about some more, eventually hopping into the shower whatthefuckever. (◔ヮ◔ )
