After many recent inquiries to my "hanging outedness" this summer when you guys are back in town, just keep one thing in mind. I have a kid. Yes, in fact, I am a Mommy. I know during my pregnancy the impending birth of a small person slipped many minds as invites to keggers and river-rafting trips came my way (I was very much pregnant at these points). I will be able to hang out some, yes, but because I am not a 15-year-old high school drop-out, I will not be leaving my son with my mom on a nightly basis to go out and have a good time, as it will. He already has one parent who is unable to be here and he won't be without both, plus, he is MY responsibility, not my mom's. Like I said, I will hang out some. I'd like to see you guys, but if it's dinner or a day thing, Joey will probably come with me. I just wanted to remind everyone of this major change in my life, just so it wasn't forgotten again. If I had a dollar for every time I had to remind someone and they responded with, "Oh yah, I forgot," well then I'd have A LOT of dollars (with which to buy A LOT of diapers lol). That is all...
