I have the tenancy for an apartment in the leafy suburb of Prahran. I will live within strolling distance of the Alfred. I've paid my first month of rent as a deposit

Also, for the record, we were having lunch today and Nat made reference to the fact that I have a somewhat pathological love for custard. It turns out that the other two who were at the table are brothers-in-lactose - Jon immediately starts discussing the relative merits of packet and Masters custard against the heavier custards like what you find in vanilla slices. Ben was just staring off into space licking his lips. So nyer.
