After much hellish packing and driving and unpacking, we are now safe and sound in Rolla. Still don't have good internet at home or in the office. More updates eventually, but at least the first phases are done.

The new house is odd... I feel very much like I am living in Socorro again. All wierd angles, odd construction features, creaky uneven floors and wierdnesses. Fortunately, it does have a nice feel to it inspite of all that... so we are settling. For the time it takes for the house in ABQ to sell and us to get the real place, anyways.

We miss you too. Settling in is going slowly but surely. I figure that about the time we get settled in, we will buy a new place and move out of the rental. Though I am going to try and get UMR to pay for much moving help on that one.
