College time
FIRST NOTE: It's official - as of Thursday night, I now posess AIM. That means I can stay in touch with everybody very easily now. So, if everybody would kindly forward me their AIM name, either through e-mail or through LJ comment, that would be splendid.
Wow! I'm actually going off to college. I leave in about 8 hours, and then there will be about an hour ride (depending on traffic and just how much law we are willing to break) and I'm there. I'll unpack and move into my room, and then it will be official: I will be a college Freshman, living on campus in a dorm and everything.
I will probably not be able to update my LJ terribly often, though that will not be a severe departure from the current norm.
I really should get to bed, so that I'm at least somewhat well-rested for my first day of college life. Though, I think I'll let "J-E-N-O-V-A" finish first. It's a rather enjoyable song. Basically, Nobuo Uematsu, who writes all the music for the Final Fantasy games, plays keyboards in a band called The Black Mages, in which they do songs from the Final Fantasy series as Hard Rock songs. It's pretty cool.
Good night, and I'll miss seeing the Locals in person so often!
