As per every year:
1. what did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before? Graduated college. Got a real job. 6 months or so.
2. did you keep your new year's resolutions, & will you make more for next year? I dont remember but since I purchased the patch I will be done with smoking for real. No more talk. All action.
3. did anyone close to you give birth? Yea a few people actually. Exciting.
4. did anyone close to you die? No. A couple close calls though.
5. what countries did you visit? la la land
6. what would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
Last year I said : A husband/fiance
This year I'll say: A good year.
7. what date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, & why?
There are a couple. July 22nd. September 5th. And this summer as a whole. Rollercoaster is generally the best word to describe my life
8. what was your biggest achievement of the year? Graduating.
9. what was your biggest failure? Losing some friends and relationships that I really enjoyed having.
10. did you suffer illness or injury? January I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary disease. But it hasnt been much of a problem...but then again im not trying to have kids so....I guess one day, we will see.
11. what was the best thing you bought? bought...maybe...sold...my saturn...i miss it though.
12. whose behavior merited celebration? My Dads. He quit his job of 18 years to start expanding a company that has been thriving on the east coast. That takes courage.
13. whose behavior made you appalled & depressed? A bunch of people. Disappointment in people and in myself. Im swallowing it down and starting fresh i guess.
14. where did most of your money go? In the beginning of 2006 i didnt really have money to spend...so probably cable and electric at the apartment and toward the summer and end of the year the money basically went to the Stadium and christmas.
15. what did you get really, really, really excited about? Nothing too much really. I love work. Surprising. Especially working in an office but I never had a job before where when Sunday night rolls around Im pumped for the things that I have to take care of the next day.
16. what song will always remind you of 2006? Too many to name. Lot of Karaoke and bar songs.

happier or sadder? Mixed

18. what do you wish you'd done more of? Painted, saved money and talked.
19. what do you wish you'd done less of? Thought, cared and visited with other peoples friends instead of my own.
20. how will you be spending xmas? I spent it with my family and friends families. I actually went to about 5-6 diff. xmas parties this year!!!
22. did you fall in love in 2006? Im not sure. It has been a long time since I have fallen in love and I think I am too rusty on it to even know. I think my heart is still not all in my hands yet but I am working on it.

24. what was your favorite tv program? I miss watching the Barkers. I still love my roseanne and I have a new found respect for the discovery and history channels and i LOVE LOVE LOVE the food network...I am basically a chef now!
25. do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? I def. do not hate anyone. If I learned anything about friendships in 2006 it is that life is too short and too many people come and go out of peoples lives...you cant put all of your eggs in one basket and people just may to let you down when you thought it could never happen. Its life and i understand when life takes an unexpected turn that it is possible. It just sucks when people dont reciprocate the effort needed to maintain a friendship.

32. what one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? A phone call...it may not have made it immeasurably more satisfying but it is something that to this day will still bother me. Maybe that was my fault though.

No more sweatpants.
34. what kept you sane? Stadium ... it def. became CHEERS. Where everbody knew my name. That was a nice feeling.
