Today has been a kick in the pants, a slap in the face, and a proffered hand, all in the most polite and optimistic yet brisk manner possible. The message overall? It takes a lot to get up there and be brave. Believe me, I've been attending this conference since 2001 and I don't think it ever gets easier, but the rush feels SO good.
