I just went and checked my mailbox and there was a letter from Cheryl Cain. Remember her? The Firefly writer I met in Seattle and wrote a letter to yonks ago?
Okay. Well. Letter says thank you for the letter, nice to be appreciated, dramaturgy sounds really interesting, etc etc etc.
It also says that she mentioned me to Joss Whedon, as a fan of the show's writing and someone interested in TV writing.
And the word internship is in there.
. . . Yeah, I wish. Happy April Fool's Day. :D
