close to exciting
because...
a) I'm posting on livejournal (which we all know hardly ever happens anymore)
and
b) I have an internship with a printing company. I start there on the 18th (I'm thinking of this as my birthday present). Although it isn't paid right off the bat, I'm pretty sure it will develop into a paid position before too long.
One good thing about this internship is its part-time, meaning I get to keep my current job... so I won't be completely broke waiting for the position to become paid.
I think I'm really excited.
