To the Dearest Flower of House Tyree
Dearest Adira,
I know this will be hard to believe but I am you in the future. Just think of it like the tales of Li when she had returned to her sister after she had become a goddess. Well, I am not quite a goddess still just a normal Centauri woman or at least as normal as one can be after what has happened. Nevermind that is a long story. Most might tell you how to change what is in store for you. I won’t do that. Despite it being a hard life ahead, you will make many friends and you will be a very strong and proud woman. Without the hardships you will have to endure I can not say what you would be by this time.
I am writing this letter for a reason other then to talk to you. I suppose I should give you some advice. Well Little Flower, here is what I would tell you and if you use it wisely it will bring you great fortune. Cherish every moment you have with the man who claims you are his guardian angel. Life is not indefinite and you must be grateful for every second you can share. When you are lying beside him and you are debating on telling him what you are, tell him. He will understand and he will not think less of you.
Oh and one last thing for our brother. Tell him that he should take his wife to see Adon before going to the Military Formal for his Recognition of Service Excellence. I wish I could tell you more but some things must go their course. I know you already understand this. Trust in Li she has always guided us and kept us safe even in the worst of times. Smile and you will have the life you wish for even if it is a hard journey to get there.
