Decided to post up a short entry since ... i'm too free now.
Back to training/working life.
Just ran a couple of errands today.
I just realised I'm not a morning person.
Can't make myself wake up in the morning to go jogging.
Maybe it would be nice to jog in the evening/night when the breeze is much cooler.
(I don't like daylight / brightness. Honestly, I don't like it when my drapes are being pulled wide open even i'm awake.)
Guess I'm more of a night person... (Nightlife?)
I'm trying to reduce the intake of sugar and carbs now.
Okay, I just remembered what to do...Shall stop here. Will continue in awhile..
1 dumpling for lunch and 1 dumpling for near dinner...
Skipped rice for dinner. Ate asparagus, prawns and drank radish soup.
Dug 1/4 tub of lava brownie ice cream. Addictive,but nahhh, need to control my diet.
Ate fruits to help with my digestion as well..
Alright, think I should ciaos for now.
(I remembered that there are a couple of things I wanted to blog about. Somehow, it slipped my mind. Gaaa. never mind.)
