I don't recognize it, but my Google research says it's from season one of Veronica Mars. Logan said that to Veronica about moving on from Lily to her.

I know it's Logan and Veronica from Veronica Mars, in case someone hasn't already mentioned that, but I can't tell you what episode...I think they're in front of an apartment or something on the walkway on the second floor of the building. (If that makes sense).

I can totally picture it.
