My new obsession is Game of Thrones... i love it so much that i decided to read the books and i ended up buying the whole   A Song of Ice and Fire series!!! I just couldn't help my self...they had this big promotion and all the books were 40% off from the original price ...

They better be..lol...that damn promotion was there to tempt me...i was planing to buy just Game of Thrones and ended up taking the whole series....

But of course my dear, the show is too pretty ;)....i'm already working on a batch.

To be honest, to me, they are a way too long. But maybe it is simply because I'm still in the settlements. You know kind alike in LoTR when the 1st book is taking for ever to be really interesting.

Haha ...hopefully i won't lose interest cause i don't have a big tolerance to slow starts ....but for now i'm excited...and can't wait till my books come....

I just started watching GoT myself. Didn't know it was based on books. Maybe I have to get them as well XD

Till 2 weeks ago I didn't know either ...but everyone it saying only great things about them...so i'll give it a try.

The series is so good! My favorite fantasy series right now (and for the past years). You'll love the books! Let us know how the reading is going. A Storm of Swords in particular (the third book) is flawless. But I warn you, the series can be harsh.
