I'd actually forgotten where "It's all true." "Even the lies?" "Especially the lies" quote came from until I saw your icon. Garak and Neal would have such entertaining conversations!

When Peter introduced himself as NealNeville's 'agent' I literally laughed out loud, and every truth he told got better and better. Very clever! (I know it's not nice to laugh at a funeral, but...yes, of course there was a 'but'...)

The best way to lie is to tell the truth in such a way as that you won't be believed or you won't be understood correctly. Peter does both here. And yeah, he's not being particularly nice here.

I was trying to come up with the absolutely worst first name for a boy that started with an N. Neville Clarence was icing on the cake of doom.
