(no subject)
this weekend was...interesting, to say the least.
friday night we all headed out to ryan's place where a drink-off was supposed to take place between kamal and chris vs. rachel and candace but chris and candace called off at the last minute. a partial drink off took place between rachel and kamal, though there was some major rule breakage. i think kamal won by default since rachel decided to stop drinking, although no one was puking or passed out. then people started smoking in the kitchen which basically filled the entire apartment with smoke so a bunch of us camped out in ryan's room until i passed out on the futon. got woken at 4am and drove ken's car (and ken) back to bolingbrook, seeing the sun rise along the way. got a few hours of sleep, went to my dentist appointment, came back and slept for most of the afternoon.
went out to ryan's again saturday night for chris's 22nd bday party. overall, had a really good time minus the drama that seems to follow us around wherever we go. celebrated his birthday for awhile, played some beirut, candace had a bitchfest and ended up taking off. a few of us headed over to the pool (mind you, at 3am) and decided to swim in our underwear for awhile. apparently we were too loud and someone called the cops on us, not so fun. got our names and numbers taken down..not sure what will come of that. breaking & entering is a no no. headed back to the house and since we had sobered up from swimming, decided to break open the handle of jack and get wasted, again. had a really good time, ended up passing out on the couch around 6am. slept 'til 10:30 and headed back home. i've been fairly lazy all day but i was lucky i didn't have a bad hangover.
and tomorrow starts another 40 hour work week. i'm sick of this shit already.
