So it's 5:30 in the morning...
And I'm updating my LJ. Daniel is playing a video game so I have nothing much to do aside from update on my new laptop (WOO!)
Life has been good since graduation. Went to NC with Dan and his family for a week. Hit up Disney for my annual trip with Michelle, Ben, Jackie, Emily, and the rents. Both vacations were muy bueno. Beyond excited for the next trip however: a week in Rome followed by a cruise including Italy, Spain, Croatia, and France. Yea, it's gonna be freakin phenomenal.
I am currently unemployed. I miss the magazine office like WHOA. Hoping maybe after my three week aforementioned vacation in August that they'll hire me full-time there. If not, then it's back to the drawing board.
I'm assistant stage managing Rocky Horror this summer, which is fun. We opened tonight and it was incredible. We def. have an awesome cast that I love dearly.
On a random sidenote, I want children. Seeing Children of Eden so often these past three weeks has put a desire in me to really want offspring. I know it's kind of impossible for Daniel and I to procreate together, but I would be all for in-vitro. He and I have discussed the children aspect and we both def. want children, whether by in-vitro or adoption. Obviously no time soon as we are far from ready to be fathers (nevermind the whole legal issues with it all) but I def. want to have at least one child before I turn 30. We shall see.
I think that's it for me, my brain's not in the mood to work anymore to coherently write a good LJ update. Maybe sometime in the near future. I don't even know if anyone reads this anymore, but it's nice to have a sounding board every once in a while.
