Attention people who need jobs!
The Randstad that got me my job in a psychiatrist's office wants to know if I know anyone of similar qualifications who would be interested in doing a similar job 20 hours a week. It seems unlikely to me that anyone with a degree is likely to be in a position to want a day job that isn't full time, but if anyone is looking for an office-y, psychology-y, answer other people's phones, help out patients sort of a job 20 hours a week, let me know and I'll give you the agent's number. Since it's randstad, I think you can pretty much count on getting paid about $10-11 an hour to start, and then getting amped up at approximately $1.00/hour per month for about 4 months, at which point if things go well you become a permanent official employee and start making whatever the office pays you, which is likely to be more. No word on whether there is any opportunity for research at this job, but if anyone's interested I can check.
