One of my good friends passed away last friday. It's been really hard to think about it so i just try not to. you know, just keeping myself busy and all. but today, it was brought up and i couldn't contain myself. her bday was on the fifth and i forgot to call. she was a ta at an elementary school and on her way to becoming one of those life-changing teachers. so beautiful inside and out. you only keep in touch with so many people from high school and she was somehow sent in my direction. we had a class together last semester and that's how we started to become better friends. i feel so lucky to have had that. just trying to find peace and closure.
