(no subject)
ho hum. its 1:50 in the morning and im doing my assingments. this may come as a shock, seeing as monday has been declared a non-working holiday and i have a day left to procrastinate. nooo, i probably wont be getting that out of my system within my scholastic career, or for as long as i am a student. however, i want to be able to get some sleep before tuesday so i might as well just get this over and done with. hay.
tee, im such a dork. i attended this cinematography workshop last saturday despite this fleeting suspicion that no freshie would attend that seminar. yeah, i was right. in fact, i doubt if any one would show up if not for our persistent track heads who just about texted everyone in prod to try and convince them to come. it was fun though, and very illuminating. oh yeah, i want to be a cinematographer! i have long given up on my dream of ever becoming a world famous director. yeah right, like thats ever gonna happen. not in this lifetime, and definitely not here in the philippines.
and oh. this damn truck came out of no where and busted my car. the right side of my front bumper fell off, and there were deep scratches on the side mirror. so thats good bye to driving for me. sheesh, this is such a huge blow to my self esteem. i swear, it was sortov being in a trance, a state of shock wherein time seemed to slow down and i couldnt think straight, and i was frozen, i didnt know what to do, and i just felt like crying. so yeah, i didnt even think to get the plate number. plus that damn truck driver took off without so much as an apology. and to add insult to injury, i have to pay for the damages. but thats the least of my concern. darn, it would completely wipe out my savings, but i want to prove to my mom that i am capable of facing the consequences of whatever happened. but hmmmmmmmmm. i do hope our car is insured, so i dont exactly have to pay up. great diwa, you just blew the tiniest bit of trust your mum put into your driving skills (which i had to work on for months) in one, friggin week.
