Hello, adepts_gs! How are all you lovely people? I come bearing a survey which I would love to have you all fill out. Your input would be much appreciated, as I'm hoping to put together a fandom history of sorts for Golden Sun Universe, our fandom's wiki. 2. Which GS game did you play first?
The first one.
3. When did you first start seeking out the fan community in any form?
I honestly don't remember. But I do remember Golden Sun was the reason I found out about fanfiction and slash.
4. If you contributed any fanworks, when did you start doing so?
I wrote some reeeeaaally shitty fanfics back around 2004-05. They were awful. And then recently I've written some slightly less awful ones for the kinkmeme.
5.Every fandom has its memorable figures; whom do you remember, and in what time periods(s) were they active?
I remember I read a lot of stuff by someone named Kyarorain of FF.net.
6. How much did/does shipping matter and what did/do you ship?
I love my ships. I still love my ships. I everyone paired up somehow, but my favoritest OTP was Felix/Piers. I was also a staunch supporter of Alex/Jenna.
7. List any and all GS fansites you went to and where you go now.
Golden Sun Realm, Golden Sun Syndicate, and many others that have escaped my memory. Now I mostly go to Golden Sun Realm and the lj comm.
8. Which fansite was/is your main one?
Golden Sun Realm.
9. What are your thoughts on Dark Dawn?
It's pretty good. I was expecting more, and it was waaaay to easy, but I'm glad it exists.
10. Which GS game is your favorite?
The Lost Age.
11. Which is your favorite out of the first two?
The Lost Age.
12. Which element is your favorite?
I don't know, actually. Earth maybe?
13. Which Adept is your favorite?
Piers.
14. Is there anything else fandom-related you'd like to share?
Until I'm proven otherwise, Matthew and Tyrell are the m-preg lovechildren of Isaac and Garet.
