let the festival fun begin
the film is basically done (meaning, we must step AWAY from it)
it has now been sent to the following festivals:
cannes
connecticut
milwaukee underground
new zealand
hollywood
boston int'l
hopefully with many more to come. it's pretty exciting sending them out, albeit expensive (generally between $25-60 each, plus postage for the DVD's) and sort of a quick fix since you don't know if it'll get accepted. regardless, it's nice to finally be at this stage.

obviously any amount really helps. if we get accepted, i'll be sure to let everyone know and hopefully if you're in the area, you can go check out the movie that i vaguely reference all the time.
other than that, the most exciting news in my life is getting new glasses. my old ones were, well, embarrassingly old and the lenses were scratched up pretty badly from that time i got punched in the face. haha. memories. perhaps i'll post some photos later for you fine folks to enjoy. hope you're all doing well and preparing for the majesty of spring.
