Driving Course - Day 1
That was, actually, fun!
I'm not exactly a driver who's confident of their ability. I just don't think I'm particularly good. Which may actually be a good thing, as it makes constructive criticism easier to take. I know that I have problems with my driving, and the feedback after our intro figure-out-what-the-problems-are drive wasn't really anything unexpected. Harsh braking, some dodgy mirror use, and not enough looking over shoulder. Also, too much coasting. And probably a couple of other things I can't remember right now.
Today's drive took us about 5 minutes walk from here, which was mildy irritating. So today's travel was Home > Surbiton > Wimbledon > Fulham > Home > Fulham > Wimbledon > Surbiton > Home. Still, it was good practice driving in the crappy weather. Even driving through falling slush.
Tomorrow, more driving. Probably. The other group have had their class cancelled for tomorrow, but I haven't heard anything about ours. Must find my mobile...
