Ok, I was reminded of something after a few comments exchanged with alisaselene about Sr. Pablo Picasso and his naked exploits (And he was quite the naked adventurer... Puts Jamie Oliver and his naked chef-ing to shame! ;> ).
Yesterday after driving home from my lubbly walk, I drove past a church. Ok, so that's boring. Outside the church was the ubiquitous vacation bible school (VBS) advertisement. On a side note: bible school (the three times I went anyway...) was never like a vacation. This is massive false advertising. It was torture inside a church. Like the inquisition for children. ;P
Reason this advert was of note tho: the title/theme for this year's VBS at this church. The big banner had a cowboy riding a horse, with cacti all arouns and a big bright sun.... The words above read "GOD'S UP TO SOMETHIN... COUNT ME IN!" I don't know what these people are about, but who says, "God is up to somethin"? Isn't that phrase usually used for someone being devious or crafty? Not to mention... it just sounds naughty.
Just makes me wonder if God learned something from Pablo. XD I know, I'm totally not being respectful on the religion issue... as usual. :/ I apologize if I've offended anyone, but I couldn;t help but giggle when I saw that sign.
