I know you missed our house in Yogyakarta (a town in our island, about 10 hours journey by car) and wants to go there...badly.
I know this is the only chance we could go together (this year) as my college only give me a break for about 2 weeks.
But you should know that your condition is terrible! Doctor suggest you to do your operation this month and you are in no shape to suspend it any longer!!!!
