Yesterday geoff and i went to mitsuwa marketplace and 99market in san diego.
it was muchly fun. i'm glad i know of a place that sells gothic lolita bibles <33
the 99 market [chinese] place was pretty amazing. i'd like everyone to experience it. we bought a whole duck for 5.99. geoff also bought curry and soup and sushi for us. mmm.
after all this i just spent time relaxing around the house-- then later that same night i went over to heather's house where mark, roger, and josh were. somehow we decided to play ouija board so i constructed one oh, so handily :D
it was made with cardboard, black sharpie, and a shot glass for the indicator.
i play ouija a lot, and am a strong believer in it. i don't like to write about my experiences in LJ too much because i think people would start to assume i'm insane .__.
but i'm going to write about this one because it was pretty amazing.
no one believed in it at first [especially josh of course], but by the end of the night i think everyone had their own reason to believe in it.
we first channeled a spirit that belonged to a boy named "calapy" [??? not sure if thats how you spell it] but mark somehow offended it and so it left =/
we then channeled "max"--- that was a quick encounter. i forget how it ended but i'm sure it was because of mark again.
lastly we found "derek reben". i think he was using that purely for conversational reasons-- because he said somewhere in the 5 hours we communicated that its not his real name. he didn't like mark too much at first but then when mark had to go he said "stay" and that he's "fun". then asked mark to use the indicator so he could personally say "goodbye".
throughout all the hours communicating with "derek", "derek" started saying some freaky shit. he said he could see the future and read our minds, which he did. [if you're wondering how... we would use the indicator and heather would ask a question silently in her mind and the spirit would answer it]. he kept saying how we will have something good happen to us this summer and he told us all what it would be. he said my good thing will be "freedom"... and heather's would be "love" and i forget what he said about josh :x
all in all it was pretty fucking crazy.

i'm sober. yeah. apparently josh has no problem being the only shitfaced person in the room.
