(no subject)
during the course of the day I:
-lost my awesome blue fleece that I just wear way too much
-for the first time left my keys in the dorm (the other times, I consciously left them because of OPE, and not wanting to carry them in my hand, because of the lack of pockets on my OPE pants)
-put together a lesson plan and faked my way through Beethoven's life
-faked out the teacher during the mini-lesson I taught by telling that I was going to play a recording of the Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven, but realized after I had said that that the Moonlight sonata was not on the classical music library (because the Naxos library wouldn't load), so I found a random piano sonata and played it. After the teacher left the room (she was travelling between two classrooms) a fellow music student said, "Was that the second movement?" "well...no, actually it wasn't" *class roars in laughter* "sorry guys" What non-musical person would actually know that? I hope the teacher didn't at least.
-gave up a 40 min group nap (don't ask) because I ddin't want to sleep...and now I'm regretting it because of this massive tired headache I am getting.
Oh what a day...I just hope I make it through the next hour of flute choir rehersal, and that it doesn't take long.
I like listening to loud head-banging music on these days. It does wonders for my crappy day...it also does wonders for my headache...oh wait, I have bookstore sample excedrin. yahoo!!! anyway, it wasn't a depressing day, just a pain in the butt...I'm going to my last thing now. see you all!!!
