My name is Shelby, and I'm an eighteen year old girl who currently resides in Bonita Springs, Florida. Everything else is subject to change.
I can never figure out what to write in these things, so I'll just wing it:
Music is a huge portion of my life. I listen to a lot of classic rock, and classic punk like Jimi Hendrix, Warren Zevon, Steppenwolf, Patti Smith, The Sex Pistols, and Iggy Pop and the Stooges-- but honestly, I don't think there isn't a flavor out there I haven't dabbled in, so I might suprise you.
I'm socially disabled in real life, which makes Livejournal so perfect for me. I'm awkward, constantly confused, and a total and complete push over; though these traits might not make themselves apparent in my entries.
I love art in all of it's forms-- photographed, painted, sketched, written, everything. I love all of it, and I try my hand at it all from time to time.
I'm into everything. I know that sounds so generic but honestly, I toggle a lot of interests. I'm really into reptiles, vegeterianism, mmorpgs, fantasy novels, mythology comic books and Quentin Tarantino movies the most though.
I don't have to have everything in common with my Livejournal friends. I don't even have to have anything in common with them-- as matter of fact, sometimes I enjoy talking to people who are the complete opposite from myself. All I require is a dedicated reader, and someone up for being my friend. I comment as much as possible, and I promise you that if you add me, I won't just consider you a number.
