Added you. I was diagnosed with unipolar depression and anxiety a couple of years ago, but refused the meds. Yes, I'm a stubborn ass. Fortunately, I found my own way and am more stable than I've ever felt before. I suppose therapy wouldn't hurt me now and then, but see: stubborn ass. Yeah.
