I want my cake and I want to eat it also, DAMN IT!
Ok, so I landed the job and this Monday I will have been there six months. I love the job. I love being a reference Librarian, I love conducting orientations, the check is not to bad either, however; i have a boujhetto coworker who dress in the most unprofessional of manners, talks about cheating on her husband, she flys to see her lover on her husbands buddy pass ( I know because she told the whole department. She takes two hours lunches and lies like a dog because others want to earn their pay check while she surfs websites like "Bossip" and facebook, or she is in back on her cell phone talking to her lover.
She is getting away with it because we have no director and she has salted the earth so anything I say about her actions seem like poison fruit.
She takes pot shots at my education and when ever I speak up she loud talks me in the library so I have to keep a professional appearance so I bit my tongue . Oh, I have made management aware of her actions and her plain refusal to work ( new computer system to fund printing that she has refused to open up or to use for the last 3 months).
