If you're just getting started on reproduction, "sitting still" isn't actually necessary, and can actually be counter-productive.

Now, when it comes to actually producing offspring... Maybe you should look into ob-gyns who are willing to perform deliveries while galloping on horseback.

It is entirely up to her how she behaves in the matter and timing of her own death. Unless she really /really/ pisses me off. Then it's not.
