we played a pretty ridiculous show in Atlanta, GA tonight. Tons of kids rocking out.. Totally classic pfeiffer.
Atlanta apparently has a Beirut fetish (in an ok way). The opening act was a dude and a trombonist and the dude played ukulele and had a total Zach Condon croon. He seemed like a pretty big tool but his music was ok.
The band that played after us was full on style. Accordion, upright bass, banjo, guitar, glockenspiel, a dude playing a bass drum and a dude playing a snare drum. Totally good, though, and super cool dudes (Lord Christ or something like that was their name).
