So many faces to remember
Oh my.. I am deadtired!
First, my night was horrible. My kitten decided to sleep on my bed this night, and every hour or so she woke me up! Not a very good start.. Finally, when it really was time to get up, I started to get nervous again.
After I arrived at school, I met 25 other student mentors. We, student mentors, take care of the kids who come to our school for the first time. We learned each others names, and we learned about being a student mentor. It actually is a pretty hard job, we need to observe them properly and put a lot of time in it. But, I enjoy it so far.
We met the actual mentors at noon, and we had lunch with them. At first, it was a little weird, I mean, they are your teachers. You don't have lunch with your teachers every day..
A bit later we met the students, and spent the afternoon hanging out. Lol. No, we actually did something useful, and the students did a little search troughout the school. Again, we had to remember 25 faces, which is very difficult.
Tomorrow another day with them. We're going to do some help with setting up their schedule and timetable, and games and sport. Also, I'm getting my own timetable and I'm meeting my personal mentor...
