A/N : I had a hard time writing this. I really want this fic to be good and dark and all but it seems like the plot isn’t coming :< Don’t know what to think about it. But here you are! Guess who is Yunho’s ‘missed person’? >8D

When Yesung reached the bathroom doors Siwon already had been waiting.

“Where is he?” he asked the younger man and stood beside him.

“He’s talking with Leeteuk” Siwon’s face was tensed. “When he’s done we’re going out from here”

“Where?”

“I don’t know. Somewhere where we can talk without witnesses” he turned his head to the right and glanced at the bar where Leeteuk was talking with the black-haired guy. “You said that you found a new place to stay, right?”

Yesung frowned. He should have expected this.

“Yeah, not so far away from here”

Siwon nodded his head and clenched his jaw. He seemed to be impatient. Yesung looked around.

“Where are the others?” he asked, frowning.

“I send them a message. They are scanning the area” Siwon answered to him without even looking at him. His eyes were glued to one certain person. “I mean, you saw this. How could he managed… there’s something wrong!”

Yesung nodded and looked at the bar. His eyes met right with the guy’s soft brown ones. He jerked his head, pointing the entrance of the club with it, and the three of them left.

Yesung’s new apartment was located in quiet neighborhood. It was hidden in the maze of buildings and it seemed like no one of his neighbors cared about who he was. Perfect.

The flat was not big but certainly was enough for one person. There was a bathroom with a shower, living room with open kitchen and a small balcony. The furniture were a bit old, there was no TV and there was no sign of using the kitchen.  It looked like a normal flat, there were thousands out there. But it seemed like this one had no soul.

Just like them.

The silence between them was thick. They had to wait until they reached Yesung’s flat to be finally able to talk freely. Siwon was tensed. He walked in first and immediately approached the window. He caught a glimpse of Zhou Mi’s tall silhouette on the other side of the street. With one swift movement Siwon pulled the curtains until they covered up all of the windows. After that he made no move. He just stood there, not even turning to face them.

Yesung stood by the frame of the open entrance of his kitchen. He was watching intensively Sungmin’s not so uptight reaction. Indeed, Sungmin was the most relaxed one in the room. His eyes were wandering from one corner to the other, obviously judging the décor. He wrinkled his nose when he saw a rotten green pillow on the couch. It seemed like he was not aware of the heavy atmosphere and didn’t even know why he was there.

“How come you’re alive?” Sungmin raised his brows and looked up to meet Siwon’s dark, intense eyes. Man’s voice was low and somehow dangerous.

“Oh, nice to see you too, Siwonnie” Sungmin snorted and finally decided to sit down on the couch. Far away from the pillow. “I guess when I’m not around, your manners are declining”

Siwon’s lips didn’t even twitch. He still wore the dark look on his face and that made Sungmin sigh.

“Quit the jokes now, Sungmin” Siwon murmured. “You know that your presence gives us problems in this situation and the fact you’re one of us doesn’t help much either”

Sungmin tsked and run one hand through his messy black hair. He had a black eyeliner on his eyelids what made him look sensually. His pants were black, just like the military-styled jacket he wore. Sungmin leaned back on the couch and looked at Siwon, waiting for him to continue.

This time Siwon sighed, closed his eyes and rubbed his temples.

“Look, it’s not like I’m mad at you or not happy that you’re alive. But… everybody saw it. I saw it” he said, looking through the window again. “Yunho killed you. He… he tore you”

Sungmin suddenly giggled. Siwon’s eyes widened and Yesung frowned. Maybe he went crazy because all of this I-got-killed-but-resurrected thing? Sungmin eventually stopped and tilted his head.

“Yeah, I guess it looked like this” he said. “I’m sorry, Siwonnie, I know you’re the leader and all but if you knew you wouldn’t let me do that”

“What are you talking about?” Yesung snapped at him nervously.

“I was not even close to dying. Well, maybe I should start from the beginning? It all started not so long ago, maybe a year ago, when the first child disappeared. Remember? This 7-year old girl from the center. They caught her, but you knew that from the beginning. However, what you didn’t know was that Yunho was killing those people”

Siwon took a sharp breath and squinted his eyes.

“Let me finish. Yunho was new to their team. They found him after the first attack. He was wild and didn’t know how to control his desires. They tried to teach him because, well, he’s one of them, but he was hard to train. That’s why there was so many people missing that time. Every of their vampires kills people but he was too much”

Siwon turned his back to Sungmin and listened. In the same time he was looking through the curtains to  make sure someone from his group was nearby. Right then he saw Kyuhyun, approaching Zhou Mi. They talked with hushed voices and looked around. Siwon shook his head and focused on Sungmin again.

“I met him one night near the river. He was exhausted, scared, he was shivering. I wanted to kill him right there but he pleaded me. He told me that he didn’t want to be like this. He was fighting with himself. Yunho told me he run away from them. He didn’t have any plan. He just walked through the door and left them”

There was a sound of Yesung’s snort. Sungmin’s lips twitched.

“Yeah, I know. Stupid. But he was desperate to get away from them. He told me about a man he wanted to find. He begged me to hide him. I made a deal with him. He will return and he will give me informations about them. In return, I promised to help him. So he became my spy inside of Kim’s house.”

Siwon’s head hurt. There was too much thoughts and too much incompatibilities.

“So what? You tell me they didn’t even realized that they have spy between them?” he growled.

“Nah, they started suspecting him right away. That’s why he had to kill me” Sungmin waved his hand and rolled his eyes. “They didn’t expect us that night but it came in handy for them. Se Jin told Yunho to kill me. This is the whole story” he shrugged his shoulders.

“Still, you’re alive. And you shouldn’t be” Yesung approached the couch and looked down at Sungmin.

“This is not a story for now” Sungmin stood up and looked hard in Yesung’s eyes. Then he turned his gaze at Siwon. “The thing is… I know what they’re looking for”

Siwon tensed and turned around.

“They’re looking for something?”

Sungmin smirked.

“Yes, and I bet you know what it is”

Suddenly room was filled with silence. Yesung grunted.

“Can you stop being so ‘we know and you don’t and we won’t tell you’?”

They didn’t manage to answer his question because suddenly they heard a noise on the staircase outside. Yesung immediately run to the door and looked through the peephole. Then he opened the door and Zhou Mi dashed in, panting hard.

“What’s wrong, Zhou Mi?” Siwon approached them, so did Sungmin.

Zhou Mi didn’t answer him at once, only shook his head and placed his hands on his knees, supporting himself. He took few deep breaths and spoke.

“Kui Xian, me, Donghai and Hyuk were scanning the neighborhood. I was keeping an eye on apartment. Kui Xian came to me and told me that he saw someone but he was not sure who it was. He said he’s going to check it and disappeared. Few minutes later Donghai run to me and announced that Kui Xian found out it was someone from Se Jin and he’s trying to pull him away from here”

Siwon pursed his lips.

“I guess now it’s not safe here either” Siwon tsked and patted Zhou Mi’s shoulder. “Good job. Do you know where’s Yunho?” he asked Sungmin.

Latter shook his head.

“We haven’t contacted since my ‘death’. It was too dangerous. But I guess he really ran away this time. Remember, I told you he was looking for someone. I think he might be with him”

“Okay. But we have to find him. He might help us. Now, we have to leave unnoticed”

“Oh, cool, so what? You’re leaving me in my flat while Kim’s spies are around and even could know where I live?” Yesung snorted.

Siwon smiled slyly and walked up to him. He cupped his cheek and rubbed it. Yesung widened his eyes and repulsed his hand.

“Don’t worry. Like Zhou Mi said, Kyuhyun is dealing with it right now. And it’s not like you can’t take care of yourself, no?”

Yesung growled.

“Just leave”

Siwon’s face was once again serious.

“Be careful. We’ll meet tomorrow. We have to talk about Yunho. And Kim Se Jin”

“Will you at least tell me what was it about?” Yesung asked, looking straight in Siwon’s eyes.

“I will explain it to all of you. Tomorrow”

Siwon squeezed Yesung’s shoulder and gave him a painful smile. He nodded at Sungmin and Zhou Mi and they left. Yesung stood in the middle of his living room, his jaw clenched.

He was mad. What was it all about? All this Kim’s secret. He felt like a fool, not knowing anything, waiting pitifully until someone will tell him. Yesung’s anger bubbled in him, he had to calm down.

Siwon promised.

Tomorrow.
